Wouldn't it be better to just have a device with a higher sampling rate on the screen and a stylus, so that you could just write on the screen?

I 1000000000% agree.

Cam Scanner for Android. Can automatically crop the page if the camera gets past the page's borders, and enhances the image by altering brightness and contrast. Just putting it out there.

So basically, this is a compact hand-held scanner were you don't even have to line up the pages manually, the computer does it for you. So instead of going to Best Buy, Office Depot, or whatever, to buy a scanner that takes up space on your desk, you can just download an app. On top of that, you don't have to pinch in dimes in quarters at the copy machine when you need to record a whole bunch of pages for college or something. Just snap photos at each page, and they will come out looking flat.

The distortion correction thing is quite useful.
but It would be great if we can print out those special paper notes ourselves
actually we can print those markers to other paper materials....we just need the app, there's no point buying their notepad.

i still to this day use note pad when I am at my desk to take quick notes when someone calls me, I do not have the time or ability to take down quick notes when someone is calling me and giving me information to write down, it is however handy if I wish to take this information with me to a meeting without having to bring that piece of paper or retyping it on my phone..

actually, this is not a bad idea. You must understand, that the main focus here, is that this is JUST a note pad that is iPhone friendly. No other paper note pad is iphone compatible in the whole world. Of course it would make more sense if you never use a paper note pad to make notes on your phone. This is for people that prefer to use paper note pad for everyday use, and have the ability to place a copy on their phone, have it organized and stored properly just in case. Emphasis is on notepad
So ... this is actually MORE of a hassle than just being organized or just understanding your phone and typing with it. Plus ... it's a 'green solution' equal to creating single person public transport on diesel. Consume more paper & ink, folks ... you got a phone for it!
Utterly useless.
