I'm sorry but the crew she roles with is very racist against darker black women like little Wayne so making a comment on naps is not bad from her. I am not going to say that I take it as personally as you do, but I will say that ANY black person using the term nappy to refer to himself or herself is basically using a one time derogatory term..In fact Nappy Hair = Nigger Hair.
