The rare corpse flower, located at Binghamton University's E.W. Heier Teaching Greenhouse, was in full bloom recently, causing quite a stink while drawing thousands to campus to catch a whiff of this impressive flower.
Using a camera mounted in the ceiling we were able to document the blooming of this flower which started September 4, was fully open by September 14 and collapsed on September 17, 2010.
I can't wait to see a flower open on mine!!!!
