i'm suggesting the app "Appcleaner" it does BASICLY the same as Appdelete, but the full app is 100% free, and you can, from in app, select installed widgets, plugins and more you wanna securely uninstall and delete, while cleaning up every last piece of the file. i did a test, scanning the same apps in appdelete and appcleaner, and the results very mostly the same, but sometimes appcleaner found files that appdelete didn't!

I Use Trash Me, it's free and does the job most of the time

A free alternative that I like to use is AppCleaner, not an App Store app but good and free none the less. Thanks for the tip :)

@zollotech r u mad.. unistalling on a pc removes everything... but ofcourse keeping certain info is necessary trial programs and antiviruses.. just incase you decide to install it again..

@oksu132 not at all. uninstaller does not delete everything for all applications. It often leaves registry entries and many times content in folders.
