40th Anniversary, 2006 (07- Homecare and Hospice)

The mission of our HomeCare program is to provide quality home health services, information and education to the community, to assist the patients and their family in optimizing their quality of life, and to advocate for the mono and bilingual patient, and their families, to access health care services. Our Hospice program helps patients accept their prognosis and live comfortably in the privacy of their homes and in harmony with their families. For many patients, Hospice enriches their lives and enables them to live their last days to the fullest and pass peacefully with comfort and dignity. Our health care team members are bilingual and bicultural in Chinese, eliminating any language or cultural barriers.
