A MvC Glitch that Crashes Mame32k

Most MvC Glitches will give you different visuals. Some give you Rom Errors because they are too strong. But this one will actually crash your emulator.
Original idea of this glitch was found in Marvel vs. Capcom Combos (2008) Part 1 of 3 on 2:44. Credit to them for discovering the set up for these kinds of glitches.
With Captain America doing Charging Star Special when he is stuck underground, will crash the emulator.
