@TheCody122 copper works the best, steel or magnetic metal wont work. it can be any battery but the wider the easyer

if you cut open a 9V energizer battery you get "F" battery's and they are great for this

i think it has to be copper but i tried triple A it works just as well... though, you dont need to put the magnets on the negative, you can put em on the positive
