I lost my dad six months ago to this day, and my friend started playing this song in the car when we were out for a drive but switched it over half way through in case it upset me.
I just came home, listened to it fully and it made me cry, he was right.

This song gets me everytime. my dad left me when i was 6. i did have anger in my veins, i never anyone to come to talk to, or play catch, or teach me how to fish. and it took a toll in my life, but i learned to forgive him with God. and even though he did all of that, i still love him, he still my dad.

My Dad was killed and passed away on my 17th birthday. its comin up on 3 years this may and ive been through so much since i was strung out on heroin for 2 1/2 years before going to prison and i celebrate 9 mnths clean on the 24th ofthis month, and even tho he left me on my birthday its was probally the best thing he ever taught me. My dad loved me for who i was not what i did so when he left i had to grow up. May 24th i get my one year coin and im leaving it with him. RIP pops be easy man
