As long as lao communist doesn't restore our monarchy which is similar to combodia's situation. Then, there is no genuine intention from LaoPDR to change its current socialism agenda. That means no freedom in Laos. I would think that LaoPDR has every intention to imulate china's, N. Korea's, and Vietnam's economics, social, and political policies.
