Suggested additions; Hindu-pushups/Squats. FOCUS BREATH. Moving with the natural rhythm of the inhale-exhale. The development of core is the KEY to strength and power.

@kris28878 Where is the undo button? The comment was supposed to be on a different video but YouTube moved to this one and I also mis-clicked and hit the down flag and can't undo it. i just wanted to tell you i used to be in great shape, i got a desk job now and kind of gave up, exactly one month ago i saw this video and ive been this routine every day since. im back in my prime shape. THANK YOU FOR THE POST!!!
