the problem is some of those exercises are to hard for beginners to do. i'd say it takes a intermediate to advanced person to do that circuit completely.

The exercises are easy enough for a person of average fitness to complete one circuit. Try cutting the reps in half at first if you're finding it hard, otherwise you'll start sacrificing form for the sake of getting the reps done. Then you can build yourself up one extra rep every week until you've got em all (and more!)

i just wanted to tell you i used to be in great shape, i got a desk job now and kind of gave up, exactly one month ago i saw this video and ive been this routine every day since. im back in my prime shape. THANK YOU FOR THE POST!!!
