@codyh911. You probably have some clogged jets, what y need to do is get a new set of jets take apart your carbs compleaty and thoroughly clean every nook and cranny put everything back together and if u have the same probablom you know for sure it's not ur carbs, after that I'll check ur spark plugs

I have a question I have an 88 banshee and i have those stupid tores box things and it is only running on one cylinder and i cant figure it out for the life of me it isent getting gas to the left carb but it will run all day on the right cylinder it has good compression on both sides and it just isent sucking gas on the left side i was wondering if u had any ideas thanks

are you adjusting the air screw in or out? on the left exhaust the pipe looks oily inside and the right looks dry. how can i fix that?

@Bulgdoom if you dont ride in the dust or anything it shouldnt hurt it.. he's just letting it idle so that he can adjust it..

Hey man~! i just bought a banshee a few weeks ago and need to sync and set the idle on my carbs but i called the dealer for a vacuum gauge like yours but he said i can't adjust mine with that because i got the boost bottle, now im wondering if he's bull shitting me or if its true...

u turn the screw in or out depending on how the bike runs. i adjust it to where when give it gas it picks up quickly and very lil lag. if u turn the screw 3 turns out or more u need a smaller pilot. it bike runs better with air screw closed u need a bigger pilot. the oil on one pipe and other dry should clear up once both carbs are synced

they are the stock mukuni carbs so stock wtf. and guy with boost bottle you can still sync with a boost bottle. bottle just equalizes the pulses between both carbs. honestly i would get rid of the boost bottle before you have an air leak. put a one piece billet intake on and that will solve that.

ITS MAde by empi its designed to work on vw motors. you can find them on ebay or search vw carb sync tool.
