@MihaiM1ha1 Not really, unless you have a good diet and some muscle workouts. Most pro boxers need to diet and maybe add some push ups to the workouts so they look ripped but an average guy who boxes just to stay in shape won't get ripped or even close with the boxing alone

@JCSAP123 Stomach will get ripped on sit ups, the thing where you lift your feet 6 inches off the floor and that pressup-like positon, but you have your arms on the floor not feet will get your stomach ripped, and yes diet and jogging will LOSE fat on stomach and everywhere else.

@MihaiM1ha1 the main muscle that develop through punching bag is your shoulder and your back. Your shoulder will get ripped and your back will get ripped. the stomach depends on the diet. lol
