Since I haven't done a POTS Update in so long, I thought i would let you all know how things are going. In this vlog i talk about improving, symptoms, exercise, school, and the POTS documentary that www.dinet.org had created!

  • what is a POTS type of doctor? Cardiologist? is that what you were seeing at Children's?

    Actually my "POTS doctor" was actually considered a general practitioner, but he knew a lot about POTS. I was diagnosed by a Cardiologist though :)

  • I hope u r doing well, I watched your vids and they made me sad your so young and I really hope you get better every day. I used to be so active but made mistakes and caught HIV which then eventually caused aids and crytococall menegitis so I know how hard it is....I know its hard because people dont understand and do not know how to help but forget them. I enjoyed watching your vids, your a pretty young lady with a great spirit. Dave

  • i am 25. i have had pots for 18 months and is not a nice illness to have. i have found going to acupunture has helped me. if you are interested in acupuncture, make sure you go with someone who is part of the BRITISH ACUPUNTURE COUNCIL. it may be different name if you live ina different country. hope this helps you as it has helped me. good luck with your condititon. you seem a positive person.

  • my classes JUST started today and so far so good! Very busy! lol. and really the pole dancing is not as scary as it looks! haha. it's just really hard because it takes so much strength! hope all is well with you!

    And that is very cool that you used to dance also! I bet that does help a lot :) I don't know if I could ever be brave enough to hang upside down and do all the things on a pole that you do, though!
