i messed up a little you have to make hands thin before you press space 2 times also you need to extend arms before you rise shoulders to completely rip off the arms :)
@XenoAlbedo you got to press "c" first. then contract both pecs, contract abs, contract both hips, contract both knees, set hands to grab then space 2 time.

this also works, it just takes arms off at shoulder.
