@stone35077 Because this is not the original actor that played Tong Po. The original actor that played Tong Po is named Michel Qissi. This Tong Po is played by a man named Kamel Krifa who looks nothing like the original Tong Po. They had to use a lot of makeup to make him even resemble the original. Thus his face looks plastic and fake.

Actually, it was one of the sequels to Kickboxer where Tong Po ends up channeling Han from Enter the Dragon and establishing some sort of drug empire in Mexico.
