One of the key skills you need for the internal arts of kung-fu is maintaining "peng jin." This is an expansive feeling -- it is NOT a scientifically real energy in your body. This video shows an example of lessons from Sifu Ken Gullette's online internal arts school - www.internalfightingarts.com. Members around the world enjoy and learn the proper body mechanics along with basic and advanced forms and fighting techniques from Chen tai chi, Hsing-I Chuan and Baguazhang.

  • He explains clearly and honestly, as NijatoSama puts it commercial market, I respect the internal arts more now as I refine. Most of these internal soft approach schools I have seen on the internet are far to unrealistic! this is a good example of structure, position, focas of mind/intent and energy, we too learn this in our most basic form 'siu nim tao' then add the body mass in second form chum kiu. Classic Ving Tsun kung fu practice breaks it it down to zero 'ecconomy'.

  • This is very good.

Very good connection and silk reel.

your explanation and understanding is rare in today's commercial Tai Chi market.

Tai Chi w/ no intention becomes simply senseless motion.
