King Midget speedometer working

Finally got the speedometer working after making some spacers that fit between the cable and the gauge and the cable and the front wheel. I guess the internal part of the cable needs to have to some slack, and not get tightened down by the retainer nuts, because it might bind. Anyhow it's working now, as is the horn. I had neglected to sand down the face of that retainer nut on the steering wheel, so the paint surface had been preventing the horn button from making a complete circuit, but after sanding, it's working now.
