I eat a high protein diet, eat 6 meals per day, eat every 3 hours, drink plenty of water, get plenty of rest, exercise daily: cardio and weight training, and stay happy! There is no "secret" to weight loss...the only thing is that you need to stay disciplined, consistent, and happy!

@winnryax That's not true. Eventually when skin is stretched to the max, it won't tighten back up. :(

I have a good amount of excess skin after losing over 140lbs. I would love to have it removed. I'm very self conscious of it and I'm only 33. I'm way too young to be walking around with saggy skin. I feel like I'm walking around with a deflated balloon around my waist and after losing so much weight, that I have nothing to show for it because I can't show off my new body the way I want to. I think I'm more embarrassed in a bathing suit now than I was when I weighed 280lbs. I hate it. :(

@winnryax No matter what if you lose a SUBSTANTIAL amount of weight you'll end up with excess skin. Mama isn't always right.

My mom says that if you loose weight the healthy right way you wont have as much sag and can tighten it up with weights and stuff. You dont have THAT much sag unless u do surgery which some people call the cheaters way out. But im glad your happy <3

You are very pretty girl now when you lose all that fat from your body and face, I also saw you want to become bodybuilder, good luck with that although I personally like more bodyFitness type of the body for a girl. Anyway, keep up good work.

you did not exercise while loosing weight ha?? that is what happens when you loose weight without working out, you en up saggy. But the good thing is that you lost weight and you look way way more happy.

Hey! Oh yeah, actually there were times I worked out over 6-8 hours in a day! When I was super heavy I did LOTS of cardio/soccer/weight training/P90X. Thanks so much for the support! Have a wonderful day!
