LX B2 modified for bullet proof flight. Stock powerplant and electronics were maintained, however the landing gear was removed as were the drag rudders which were converted to flap/spoilers. A pair of 2650mah 4s 30c lipos wired in parallel supply the juice and the undercarriage has been reinforced with glass cloth and polyeurathane to help resist damage from belly landings. A hook and a number of landing skids disguised as belly tanks have been added as well. With these modifications I've found this airplane stable and docile without the need for any extemoraneous electronics and it has in fact become one of my favorite goto planes.
