@VexRiot no the ban of drugs wasn't for any outer pressure. it was according to the sharia law. That's why they banned it .
-
@lurezand I agree. They didn't know that Taliban used to burn Opium fields as it is forbidden by sharia law. But they love to lie and feed ppl lies by saying taliban is trafficking drugs.

@janansparlai What the hell!? Where in the world do they release drug smugglers because they say they are poor. Of course when he is caught he is going to say thing like that but many people are very poor yet they have too much honor to degrade themselves and destroy the lives of thousand others for the sake of money.

@lurezand If that's true its very sad. Iranian youth need to be educated and motivated so they won't fall trap to these ill practices. My thanks and respect goes to all the brave men of Iran who help fight this war and put their life on the line for the sake of Iran Zamin.

stupid iranian government doesnt realize that most drug traffickers are tricked into smuggling drugs across the border, because they cant find any work out there.to sentence people like the one shown with possible execution is inhumane cruel.iranian government is unislamic and needs to be destroyed.
There is a real DRUG WAR on Iran by NATO. Drug production in Afghanistan has increased by 40 times since invasion by NATO. They blame Taliban for drug production, but it is realy Western Occupiers who are financing and promoting Opium production. American drug cartels are ripping huge profits(more than Iraqi oil). They smuggle this drugs to Iran to systematically Addict the Iranian youth while they use the profit income to boost their war machine.

The Taliban banned opium and had great success at it. This ban was in response to international pressure. But after the invasion and occupation by the US and it's backers, this progress was reversed.
