@derivativesarecool If you're nominated for an Oscar, you're probably going to get financing. He had a $250m grossing documentary. The notion that Michael Moore still completely finances his own films is ludicrous.
Moore's Fahrenheit 911 was financed by Miramax in 2003-2004.

The answer to your question at 1:15. His father donated $200 million to the school. It's great for the school's public finances.

Legacies aren't funded by the state, affirmative action is.

@thecaliforniaknight you're making strawman arguments.
I am against AA and you would be as well if you were for equal rights for all men.
period. nothing elsee matters.

Did you not listen to what he said about Bush. You never answered how do you know they got in through affirmative action.

@thecaliforniaknight it does not matter AA is racial/sexe discrimination
end of story. you support it which means you are a racist sexist
0:17. They do. Rachael Maddow, Keith Olbermann, etc. How did this guy get into Yale? He seems to simple-minded.

@derivativesarecool This was recorded in 2007, before there were progressive TV hosts with shows on air.

@InsideScoop You mean liberal, not progressive. People on the right think Maddow, Olbermann, and Moore aren't "progressive," but "regressive." Don't mix and match terms and use them as consanguine. The Rachael Maddow show started in 2005, Countdown with Olbermann started in 2003, and Michael Moore had his documentaries since 2001. How can you say the left had no critical mass in the media in 2007?

@derivativesarecool The Rachel Maddow TV show began in 2008. When Countdown with Olbermann began, he was hired as a "sports guy," not the liberal/progressive commentator he evolved into. Moore has to finance his own documentaries
