Guys, Nikki Berwick was a trailblazer fro forms in the UK. Where Nikki took the first steps, Chloe Bruce followed. Nikki was a pioneer. Quality! End of!

um 1st of This Chick is Pretty Awesome she too learned the same thing as Chloe..if Chloe wasnt Alive this chick Would be all Over! just like Michelle Waterson i actually think shes really Impressive as well.

I love Nikki Berwick, i saw her compete from a young age and loved how she grew as a ma and a competitor. Nikki, in my eyes was the pioneer then for the XMA that we see today. Nowadays, give them their dues, but i think that what we see is a lot of jumping and over split kicks with no real balance, or martial skill, Back in the day the 90's we had nikki berwick kicking it and also the amazing jean frennette. these were the original xma competitors! im not knocking the Xma we see today either

nikki berwick is a great example to how traditional martial arts (tang soo do in her case) can be combined in a fantastic performance. The balance, strength AND technique is still perfect. XMA are nowadays just a bunch of gymnasts and has hardly to anything with martial arts. Nikki Berwick does a great job here. I mean, the way she kicks means balance and powerfull leg muscles!! Check out Mike Chat too, he also understands the aspect of traditional MA and performance!
