Santa clarita water wants to drill a 700 gallon a minute water well on the open space lot that belongs to the Wiley Canyon Condos on Fourl and Evans.
This is an example for the HOA for the Wiley Canyon Condos.
The issue is, do they take a small sum of money from the water company for a prime piece of open space in the neighborhood for a utility bunker containing a well, or keep the valued location for it's current value to the condos and neighborhood?
Should we have this loud water well in the last valuable piece of open visible land in our area?
Not to mention the future value of having unencumbered land that we can enjoy that will be far more valuable to the individual unit price for the condos. After Money is spent in a flash we have nothing left but a bunker on the corner the utility company owns.
