Revenue raising and traffic mitigation. This Police officer is writing up a motorist because he gave courtesy to another motorist to get out of a parking space he wanted. The police officer got frustrated and wrote him up for a violation because he believed the motorist blocked traffic when in fact, the garage 100'up had a line of cars waiting to get in. No common sense on behalf of the Police Officer!

I've worked hand in hand with BHPD. They give TONS of warnings on traffic stops at least during my shift (night shift). Maybe the day shift is different but UNDERBLADEZONE is a tool and totally misreferenced "big brother" like a moron.

any person driving in Beverly Hills, the police will go up to your car windows and stop you for nothing. they will tow your car instead of giving you a ticket because they get $400.00 instead of 80.00. The police in Beverly Hills are monsters because of Mr. Stearn and the council. Beverly Hills council abuses their power by having a policeman arrest you and ticket you. Watch out for the next policeman, the council has them on every alley like roaches. Does anyone hear "Big Brother"?
