Remember this guy? Yep since I'm moving I had my scrap picked up and this was still in the shop collecting dust so I decided to do the tear down on it, I'm glad I did because I got a nice little keepsake out of it. BTW don't yell at me for using my impact lets face it, this engine is scrap!

Stay dirty

  • Eric your my hero =DDDDD

  • @kurama10271 Back at cha. :)

  • Eric, how expensive is it to get air tools?

  • @kurama10271 Depends on the quality and where you get them. I consider tools more of an 'investment' than an 'expense' because the right tool will actually make you money.

  • why are there chunks coming out of the engine? :O

  • @Mr44centz Not sure, think maybe we should check the oil?

  • @jmartr34 Damn shame too i have a 2000 ford ranger with 250,000 miles on it and other then changing out the sprk plugs and the spark plug wiring and doing regular maintenance on it like changing the oil with synthetic, changing out the air filter, tranny fluid and brake fluid and brakes, i've never had one single issue with it.. Hopefully i'll be able to get 500,000 miles on it, but even then sicne it's been such a good truck to me i'll prob end up replacing the engine then sell it.
