Urbanathlon - Manchester 2011 by Paul Edwards

The Urbanathlon is an 5k urban adventure race run around East Manchester, it started at Sportcity (home of Manchester City) and ended in Philips Park. Runners representing a variety of charities have to navigate obstacles over a 5k course as well as going over different terrains which makes it even more difficult.

Footnote: Was not entirely happy with the camcorder I used, it struggled with movement, not bad when the camera was stationary but suffered with panning etc. Sound was not good either, will have to use an external mike maybe in future. I settled on a track that I liked, but i was not what I really wanted, did not want to use commercial tracks for obvious reasons. Selecting music for videos is one of the hardest aspects I find, but i had to get the video out and hope you like the end result.
