Nashua 420 Arrests (March 20, 2010)

Three people are arrested 30-40 minutes into a 420 rally in Nashua. A local Nashua teenager is targeted by police, followed by 2 activists arrested for disorderly conduct for not clearing the road near the police cars.

David is kind of screwed from what we can see on the tape. Passive resistance (refusing to walk, making them carry your, etc) is one thing, It isn't active resistance. But grabbing your hands to prevent the officers from handcuffing you is an act of active resistance. Better hope he can get the legality of the arrest tossed, otherwise I'd think he's getting convicted on that one.
