His 3rd loss was a UD with back then great Mexican fighter, Erik Morales. His ranked 49 of the 50 Greatest Boxers of All Time. Then Pacman fought him against and prove his point by being the first guy to stop Morales with a TKO. Mayweather fought a few great stars. Pacquiao fought more great stars and they were bigger than him. Anyways Pacquiao doesn't choose the boxers he wants to fight. His promoter does and Pacquiao just agrees if that's what the fans want. He is here to satisfy the fans.

Pacman was forced to wear heavier gloves thus putting him at disadvantage. Try putting heavy boxing gloves and fight a guy who has lighter gloves. His second lost was that he got caught in the ropes and Pacman couldn't escape. Back then, he was not as strong and fast. Also Freddie Roach wasn't his head trainer. After Roach became the trainer, he saw flaws and shaped him up.
