Folk dance like this use to make me proud to be born in former Yugoslavia, now it makes me sad how something that once united people is used to divide them. Who cares where is it from? You don't see any other nation argue about things like this. But these comments are making me sad and a shame to ever have lived among the people who are able to carry so much hate and so much determination to divide people. How does the rest of the world see on out petty arguments I wonder

DenitsaLin, this is Serbian dance from South Serbia, not from Kosovo. It is oriental of course, we were 500 years in Ottoman Empire.

Pa vjerovatno zbog toga sto nisu nis Turci ni Arapi, nego su Bosnjaci i pricaju jezik koji nije ni srpski ni bosnacki nego i jednih i drugih , zamo zavisi ko ga kako zove, ja kad idem u BiH pricam bosanski a cim dodjem u srbiju govorim Srpski , isto tako kao kad sam u Njemackij pricam njemacki a nisam ni jedno ni drugo nego sam sasvim druge nacionasnosti ..

Word CULTURE is a releatevely new term: Originally, "In the nineteenth century, humanists used "culture" to refer to an individual ideal of human refinement, of the best that has been thought and said in the world" - what an irony to read comments by a bunch who would discuss it and impose small-minded, chewed up and regergitated thoughts they unknowingly inherited from nationalists with personal agendas. Dignity and Culture is a conscious effort, not an inherited priviledge. You have a choice.
