This is goofy and awesome. Excellent choice of music.

Haha. I love how the heel-striker is practically jumping up with each stride. I remember when I ran long distance that way, like in 8th grade, lol.

@KVandendriessche I find questions like this quite baffling at times. like what do people think life was like before shoes existed?? people didnt run? of course its good for you man its our design. shoes are something that came around after the fact. bare feet are better than shoes cause our feet are designed like shock absorbers.

Stupid and corny but still accurate.

@posetv Adding towhat posetv said, a sway in the lower back can just aswell be a result of tension, getting rid of the uneciaserry tension will activate core muscles in daily activity, a good way to get rid of this tension, and not "collapse" is to break unoconscious habits that shortens the spine in daily activities, most people actually initatiate movements with uneciaserry tension.
alexander technique has worked for me.
hi, thanks for the great videos. i used to be very athletic but i had a baby two years ago, i haven't run since then, and now i've completely forgotten how! my core is completely out of tune, so am i supposed to be sucking in my stomach when i run prose?

@hellopatita no sucking in the stomach when running pose. Just lean forward with your entire body (i.e. do not bend at waist).

@hellopatita Same with me! My core is so weak that Ive developed a slight sway in my lower back. Just walking around my local Costco knocks me out for a day. Any idea if this barefoot running stuff will be safe on my back?

@KVandendriessche you should start with just walking barefoot and doing strength exercises. If your core is weak - that's the first thing you should start working on - strengthening your core. If simply walking around brings you THAT much discomfort you need to address it asap. There is no quick fix, start working to help yourself.
