I've noticed that this closet technique is also useful during the mid-mission finales. Find closet or room, summon the horde, and hold out until it passes.
Its also very effective during a horde attach, if you can find a closet or room, that is.
We've mostly been playing in expert and this makes it easier, without relying on glitches and cheats. LOL

thats why the 2 in front should crouch. Basic strategy.

pretty cool...This totally works great in normal mode...on Advanced, the tank tends to incapacitate one player but the remaining 3 can take him down if they're all using shotguns. Simply revive and heal then you're good to go again. This gets pretty dicey on Expert though but for those who play on Advanced or less, closet is pretty effective...just watch the friendly fire.

in the hospital what u do about the tanks? Cause at least 2 tanks coming... you didnt show us what u do with tank?You run out right?

there´s a glitch (I don´t know if it was removed, that was called the "Jesus Room" you could open it with 2 guys in the safe room and two standing on a legde, inside the room almost no one could enter so you were safe

their is a closet in dead air finale, if you face the radio/gas truck go to the right, then you will fin a two door closet

This strategy looks flawless when dealing with the horde rushing you, but what happens when one of the two Tanks show up and catch all 4 of you in a closet with machine guns?

i've also learned that combat shotguns seem to fare better in bringing down the tank...i guess if you all had assault rifles/machine guns then that could pose a problem.
