@windymemo looool i eat like a banana, one pice of toast, OR yogurt for breakfast and i'm neither skinny nor getting skinnier. i just eat more for lunch and dinner, like most other people do.

It should hardly be described as "plenty". It may not be too little, but should be looked at as the absolute minimum intake of food for a meal.
