People that lie usually reinforce their statements by lying to themselves to the point that they begin to believe their own statements and that allows them to sound confident when making them.
If she emphasizes that her 'experience' will make her a good candidate... how will that 'experience' help her if she won't be able to recall those experiences to make clear and decisive decisions?
