The $20 billion dollar BP fund for cleaning and restoring the Gulf is NOT a "shakedown". If you look at it long term, that amount of money will not be enough when you consider the lost revenue of fishermen and tourism. It also won't come close to covering the damage that hurricanes and tropical storms will cause because of all the barrier lands and vegitation that will be destroyed by this catastrophe. THIS IS NOT A SHAKEDOWN!
