U.S.-China Ship Dispute Creates Diplomatic Waves

A dispute continues over a U.S. Navy vessel harassed by five Chinese ships in the South China Sea on Sunday.

The Impeccable, a submarine-surveillance ship, was unarmed and in international waters, about 75 miles off Hainan Island, south of the Chinese mainland.

As the Impeccable requested safe passage, Chinese vessels surrounded the U.S. ship.

According to Pentagon officials, Chinese sailors dropped pieces of wood in the Impeccables path and tried to snag its sonar equipment with hooks.

In defense, the U.S. crew sprayed some Chinese sailors with a fire hose.

The Chinese regime denies harassing the U.S. Navy ship and blames the U.S. for violating international law.

The regime says the ship was conducting activities in Chinas territorial waters. But most countries consider that area to be international waters.

china is a real threat in east asia. The more china stronger the more they bully other nations in the region. Someone got to control China's expansion before it too late. That someone is none other than USA. I heard that every nation in southeast asia would open ports for US ships. They even reserve some landbases for US missiles, provided they aim at China mainland.

the best thing to do in-order to prevent the Chinese Military expansion in South-East Asia is to boycott there products all over the world and besides the product that they are exporting are made of poor quality it's cheaper but it wont last a year.
