Demi: What are we doing?
Joe: It's called a surprise for a reason, Demetria.
Demi: Ugh, fine.

They walk into Joe's room.

Joe: Sit, there. *points to a chair near a desk*
Demi: Okay...
*Joe sits beside her, grabs a sheet of loose leaf paper and a pen*
Demi: What's going on?
Joe: We're making a list.
Demi: Wow, don't reveal too much. *sarcasm*
Joe: Ha. Ha. *writes something down and passes her the paper.

[[on the paper]]

1) Fall in love

Demi: What's this?
Joe: You say you want to really live life right?
Demi: Yes...
Joe: We're making a list of things you want to do before you....*chokes on the word* go...
Demi: Joseph, you don't have to do this for me.
Joe: I know. I want to. *Looks down, trying to hide his feelings*
Demi: What's wrong?
Joe: Huh? *Looks up* Nothing. Now let's get to work.

[[two hours later]]

Joe: All done. Are you sure there isn't anything else?
Demi: Absolutely positive. Thank you so much, Joseph. This is the sweetest thing someone has ever done for me.
Joe: *smiles* Don't even think about it.

THE LIST:
1) Fall in love
2) Have the perfect kiss
3) Attend a major sporting event, like the olympics or super bowl (Joe's Idea-Haha)
4) Swim with the dolphins
5) Go skinny-dipping at midnight in the South of France
6) Be an extra in a movie/show
7) Make love on a forest floor
8) Make love on a train
9) Learn how to take a compliment
10) Go to the airport, ask for the first flight anywhere and go (with no luggage!)
11) Plant a tree
12) Send a message in a bottle
13) Learn to ballroom dance
14) Stay out all night dancing and go to work the next day without having gone home
15) Shower in a waterfall
16) Spend a night in a haunted house
17) Sing a great song in front of an audience
18) Make a complete and utter fool of yourself
19) Drive across America from coast to coast
20) Write your will




Demi: You know what's the worst part about this, Joseph?
Joe: *knits his eyebrows together* What's that?
Demi: The one major thing I want on here I cannot have.
Joe: And that is?
Demi: Have a child, and watch it grow. *a tear escapes her eyes and Joe catches it, wiping it away*
Joe: Oh, Demi. *pulls her in to a huge bear hug.*

Demi begins bawling her eyes out. Never has she let her feelings escape her like this in her situation. But she knows she can trust Joe. Although
she has known Joe since they were children, she barely knows him, yet she already feels to amazing towards and with him.

Joe: *puts his hands on her shoulders and takes a good look at her* You...are beautiful.
Demi: Teh, shut up. (teh=that sound you make with your tounge...haha like "tsk tsk")
Joe: I guess we have to work on number 9. *laughs*
Demi: *joins in*
Joe: I wanna try something.
Demi: Wh-
*Before she can even realize what's going on Joe leans in and kisses her softly on the lips. She doesn't even have time to kiss back before he pulls away*

Joe: I apologize, I just had to.
Demi: *grabs his shirt coller and kisses him deep but softly*
Jemi: *pulls away*
Demi: You just accomplished my number 2, Joseph.
Joe: *laughs nervously* Not yet.
Demi: What do you mean?
Joe: You'll find out sometime.
Demi: Okay? *giggles* Will you help me with these, since you thought of a majority of them?
Joe: Of course, for you.

Aw, yay Jemi Jemi Jemi!
