I have two sides on this
Homosexuality shouldn't be taught in schools. Since when did schools teach anything about sex? (except health class) IT doesn't belong in schools, majority of people are staright.
But, I think gay marriage should be leagalized, what so illegal about same sexs marrying? The Church is influencing the government to do this, and THAT is illegal.

No, I was only saying that there is no civil right to same-sex "marriage" just as there is no civil right to incestuous "marriage".

Same-sex marriage is not a civil right, just as incestuous marriage or polugamous marriage is not a civil right. Therefore your argument fails.
What IS a civil right is the right to vote to protect the traditional definition of marriage, and that's what the majority of Californians did.
