AIM COMPANY WORKSHOP FT. Y.E.P.A.W 05/22/10

AIM Company is a full scale Performing Arts company, dedicated to promoting the arts and preserving wholesome youth and young adult lifestyles. As a Chicagoland based organization, we exist to encourage and reach out into
the community through the arts. The AIM Company specializes in Mime with a repertoire, which features many venues including comedy, dramatic arts/theatre, spoken word/poetry, various dance forms, mime, music vocals and instruments. In addition to presentations, AIM Company conducts workshops, seminars and training camps for youth and young adults presenting a positive influence and an alternative to gangs, alcohol,
other drugs and their related activities. Most of the company members
are young people who reside in communities within Chicago and its surrounding suburbs from University Park to Aurora.


AIM is currently partnering with inner city Westside elementary schools providing dramatic arts and music training for students.

With so much crime and depressing statistics regarding our country's youth and young adults, it takes all of us to show our concern by getting involved and makingKristinGreer018edi a difference. AIM is certainly committed to making an impact with our youth and young adults through the arts. Each year our desire has been to present a spectacular performing arts showcase and to award several scholarships for aspiring performing artists.
