This video contains everything you ever wanted to know about center stands and motorcycle jacks. Watch it and then go to www.oncycles.com to find available center stands or jacks for your bike.

Please don't be confused by the name MC Stands! MC Stands was a division of Oncycles.com that has now been merged into oncycles.com. Sorry for any confusion!

  • @benfirst Make friends? :) It looks like the jack's foot pedal controls might give you enough room to move in close and keep it steady yourself...

  • I use similar cruiser center stand and have found that it is easier and safer to operate the lift from the right side of the motorcycle. This way I feel less afraid of dropping the motorcycle because I'm pulling the motorcycle toward me rather than having it go away from the left-leaning parking position of the motorcycle.

  • Same way you put up the old jap bikes. Lean the bike slightly towards you and feel for the stand to make contact on both rails. Balance it and apply the lever. Worried about the stand folding on ya? bungee it to somthing solid, forward of the pivot point.

  • How does the bike stay from tipping over on one side? There's a hand I see from a second man in this video, but what does one do on his own?
