This project is soundinstallation in a DSB Class T steam engine. The testrun is done on a testbench from kpf-zeller (http://www.ergo-grip.de/kpf/de/). The sound decoder is a SL75 decoder from cT Elektronik (http://www.tran.at/). DSB Litra T was a BR38 and the soundfile is from this steam engine.

  • isn't that a Belgian loco?

  • Yes. Some BR38's ended up in Belgium after the war. Ít is originally a german locomotive. This Fleischmann 4167modell has decals of the Austrian, Belgian, Italian, French, Dutch and Danish railways supplied for customization.

  • Ah, I thought it was a Belgian one because of the Belgian number on the side. So this is the European version which is sold for people who want to custom build their loco.
