@ligyro loud noises can scare a small dog and cause them to run a little and that could be right in front of a car. where i live its $500 if ur dog is off a leash. open country with no roads may be a different story

@RandomCowieTV the chihuahua handbook is something u can get from the library. u and everyone in the house needs to know to look before they step or sit down ( every time) or they can kill the dog. also no recliners or rocking chair

Why does he have a collar on this dog when he's aware of this breed's potential trachea problems? Chi owners, get a harness - my dog loves hers, much more comfortable, too.
