The younger Gong Li has a classy Chinese woman face (nice nose, nice eyes, nice eyebrows, nice lips, nice facial shape) in the non-modern era Chinese movies such as Raise the Red lantern (1991) and To Live (1994). I am very impressed by her. ☆☆☆☆☆

@espntimestwo I sort of got that impression too about gong li regarding arrogance, but the more I thought about it, I think she is just picky about her roles because she seems to be a perfectionist. I did see her in a few other interviews where she seemed very humble like her interview about the movie curse of the golden flower.
