SoundScape music.
We did this back in 1987 I believe. At Ayre Studios when we used to run the place. I had an idea and a theme and I brought it into the studio and let each band member hear the idea and the theme and do a track live first take first impression. I only asked that they play their instrument unconventionally and not do any normal riffs or anything like they would ever play. James Lewis played 2 tracks 1 electric guitar and another 12 string guitar. His brother played trumpet which you don't hear because he is playing just the tubes like a blow pipe. Curtiss Cooper is playing tablas and various percussion and noise makers, he couldn't help but do what he does because he is always doing something unusual. I played the percussive synthesizer part and god tones and the voices you hear singing are our bands voices sampled and played on a keyboard. And I yanked the Pterodactyl's tail to make it scream!

  • if you would like to hear it with better audio play back simply place &fmt=18 at the end of the URL and reload the file it will sound 1000 times better and be in real stereo. THIS REALLY WORKS and you should do this for any and all files so you don't destroy your brain cells with crappy audio playback.
