Not really, the cakes I make are either for me or for friends and I dont get paid! I have got my furst customer though :) she needs a cake in 3 weeks time for her soon. Let's see the feedback :oS

Yeah me too, the woman adored them. Her fiance had to pick them up because she was stressing at home over last minute things for her shower, she sms'd me to say she loved them and had to eat one straight away and it tasted even better than they look! So that was nice to hear. Thanks for the comment Nivia :) x

What do you use to put the batter in the cups so they all come out to the same height?

Thank you so much! I don't actually put anything in the batter. I just always use the same spoons to put the batter into the patty pans and I know (roughly) how much i need to put in.
They're not all the same height sometimes though he he. If some come out bigger you can always trim them, or if they're smaller, the icing covers it anyway :) With fondant covered ones you have to be more careful though.
