With a click on View Graph Menu, you will be able to receive your one page Medical Smart Chart display instantly. Also,when you click on View and Print Data Reports, you will generate two reports, a chronological report,and a comprehensive table with all the tests grouped together. This can be repeated on an ongoing basis. You will have the ability to edit and change your own record instantly. You will be able to print or download your Medical History.
