@23rubyrush Hip-Hop is doing great you just have to look harder. People pay too much attention on the trash than paying attention to the great side of things. For example, look at the amount of views Lil b videos like wonton soup, Ellen degeneres, and Charlie sheen gets, which are songs that horrible and offensive to listen to.
Now look at videos that he has such as exhibit based,age of information, and The Growth, which are positive and conscious with more skill with the lyrics.

@23rubyrush You'll notice those songs of his that we would consider real hip-hop have very few views compared to his tasteless salacious songs. So, my point is you got to pay attention to the great hip-hop that is coming out. Just look at videos that uploaded to see for yourself.
