expert touch is that regular 100% acetone? Ive done this and it seems to take a lot longer than 15 min and it does not come off in one piece.

How safe is acetone for nails and skin??? 15 minutes of soaking every 2 weeks or so must be dangerous! The idea is great though because I have used regular gel on my nails and having them re-done destroyed my own nails and was very painful everytime.
