Yeh, I jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire for a while. Trying to fill that void with other hard drugs (crack, coke, and even Adderall). Nothing ever did it for me like meth. After 2 years though, I'm finally starting to get highs out of life. Alcohol just makes me tired and useless anymore. I'm in the frame of mind that I use to be in prior to using meth. Although, I still think about it often, I just don't act upon it.

same here in regards to crack, but i don't see anyone else around me who can say they've not touched crack since they "tried it", nah, they're too busy whoring for rocks, its unfortunate.

yeah, it creeps up on you and the effect isn't even that good, compared to the amount of addictiveness! And the paranoia and loss of self confidence i experienced afterwards..

when you have been addicted to one thing, unless you do woek onn yourself and get support (NA is great), cross addiction is likely to happen. This can lead you back to original problem.
