He's right, Monster is a horrible user experience. CareerBuilder isn't much better. Never heard of of Jobster though, so maybe they should find a marketing genius on Monster.

Goldberg is out of the industry but he was so right on. Monster is now less a billion dollars in market cap and exposed as a scam.

5 jobs in 10 years? Get fired much? I suspect you don't know much about what "professionalism" is. Don't get me wrong, I think the guy in the video seems full of himself, but Monster blows.

Jealous much? Nice professionalism. I know this guy. He is a snake oil salesman and a repressed homosexual. I feel bad for him. Actually, no, I really don't. Monster rocks. 4 out of the 5 jobs I've landed in the past 10 years I got on Monster.
