@kkushen There are various beans (soy beans for example) that you can eat for protein for starters. There are also protein shakes though I'm not sure if any of the products come from actual animals, but a professional nutritionist or someone at your local vitamin store or gym should be able to direct you about the shakes and you can probably google the beans or vegetables with protein to get that info in seconds.

It worked for me as well. Im a personal
trainer &I got this program from a friend
to check it & the result was stunning cause
this program was almost the same as one
given by the dietician. I fully recommend
it to everyone who want to have a great
body like mine.:)

For anybody who is new to weight training, starting with heavy weights can be very counter productive. Lighter weights will allow you to lift more reps which in turn will increase the blood flow to those areas of the body which is what you want. More quicker muscle growth, search google for 'compound exercises' to start (ie. pull-ups, chin-ups, dips, push-ups, etc). They might not be as 'cool' as other exercises, but you will see results much, much quicker.
